Mike Sirani- Co-Owner (@mikesirani)- Interned with New York Yankees Director of Player Health and Performance Eric Cressey and worked alongside Chicago White Sox Senior Medical Advisor Mike Reinold.

Dan Jones- Co-Owner- Director of Pitching Development (@danielkjones)- Earned a Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a Concentration in Sport Psychology and completed research on competitive state and trait anxiety in sport.

Paul Morse- Co-Owner-Strength Coach (@pmorsefit)- Earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland. Prior to moving back to upstate New York Paul built a successful personal training business in NYC.

Samantha Sirani- Registered Dietitian- Interned with the University of Notre Dame Football Program and is a New England Record Holder in the Bench Press.

Conor Maloney- Strength Coach (@malocq92)- Conor's experience as a physical therapist assistant, coach, and athlete allows him to relate to and help guide injured and rehabbing athletes back to high performance in their respective sports.

Matt Pierce- Strength Coach & Pitching Coach (@mattpiercee)- Matt uses his experience from Division 1 baseball, coaching, and teaching to provide a safe and fun environment for pitchers to increase velocity, improve their mechanics, and stay healthy.
