Using the TRX for rows is a great way to train your core and upper back, but a few common mistakes can make it difficult to get the most out of this exercise.

Remember to:
✅ Keep a straight line heels to your head, engage your abs, and glutes
✅ Drive the motion by squeezing your shoulder blades together
✅ Don’t let your elbows pass your body. Finish with them in line with your upper back
