Believe it or not, the bench Press should be a full body lift.
Often, a lot of weight is being left on the table because of a lack of leg drive during the bench press. In the video above CDSF coaches Mike Sirani and Dan Jones go over a couple of tips for using better leg drive during your bench press and ultimately a bigger bench.
Remember, good leg drive requires:
✅ Setting up with the heels under the hips
✅ Slamming your heels down toward the floor and pushing your feet hard into the floor when pressing the bar back
