We’re excited to announce our In-Season Baseball Workshop featuring some of the top Strength & Conditioning Coaches, Physical Therapists, and Pitching Coaches in the area: Pat Suarez, Mike Sirani, Dan Jones, and Zach Breen at Frozen Ropes Albany. You’ll get a chance to:
-Take part in presentations & workshops from professional physical therapists, strength coaches, and pitching coaches who have worked with players from the high school level all the way to the MLB.
