How to Perform the Lateral Lunge

The lateral lunge is a great way for athletes and lifters to train outside of the sagittal plane (moving forwards and backwards). Training laterally is not only beneficial for keeping your hips healthy, but also will help develop strength when moving side to side, making cuts, and changing direction.
