5 Exercise At Home Circuit

Hi CDSF Family, 
While you’re all staying strong with your #socialdistancing here’s a body weight workout you can get done at home! Take these five exercises and repeat in a continuous circuit for 2-5 sets. 

A1) Push-Ups x8-10 reps

A2) Split Squat ISO Hold x20-30s/side

A3) Wall Press Leg Lowers x8/side

A4) 1-Leg Hip Thrust x8/side

A5) Squat to Stand x6
