Here at CDSF, we take pride in building a strong and healthy foundation for all athletes. Youth Sports Performance Group allows for kids to train alongside peers, learn, grow, and have FUN in a supportive and encouraging environment!

Throughout this program kids will have access to programming that aims towards optimizing foundational athletic skills like agility, speed, balance, and coordination, and most importantly overall health and self-confidence.

Our program also prioritizes teaching kids to proper form, technique, and awareness when training in a gym. By doing so, athletes will be given the chance to create a foundation in the weight room in a safe environment that they can build on throughout their athletic career.

Our experienced coaches will be here to guide your son/daughter every step of the way, helping them build confidence, improving their technique, and helping them reach their full potential.
