How to Improve Your Thoracic Rotation

The quadruped rocked-back thoracic extension-rotation is a great exercise to train your spine, rib cage, and shoulder to rotate. Whether you’re an athlete who’s body needs to meet the rotational demands of your sport, or work at a desk for hours each, day improving your ability to rotate your upper body is important for feeling and performing your best.
