Registration is now open for our College Student Summer Training Program at CDSF!

If you’re a college athlete in the Capital District and are looking for a serious strength and conditioning program and motivating training environment CDSF is now offering a College Student Summer Training Program. Our 3-Month Program is for any college athlete or college student who wants to return to campus bigger, faster, and stronger!
