Shout out to CDSF Member Lisa. Lisa has been training at CDSF since the first week we opened. Lisa is a mom of three and business owner who used to workout a lot, but struggled in recent years to find a workout program that allowed her to push herself while staying out of pain. Since joining CDSF she now crushes two workouts a week, can deadlift over 100 lbs., has less joint pain, and feels more confident in herself!
